COVID-19 Community Level
Current COVID-19 Community Level: Low
COVID-19 Community Levels are a tool from the CDC to help individuals and communities decide what prevention steps to take based on local data. The Community Level, described below, can be Low, Medium, or High and is determined by three factors: hospital beds in use, recent hospital admissions, and the number of new COVID-19 cases in an area.
You should take precautions for yourself and your family, including wearing masks in public or regular screening/testing, based on the COVID-19 Community Level in Racine and the areas where you work, attend school or other activities, and travel.
