Racine’s Mobile Market
The Mobile Market is a one-aisle grocery store on wheels that comes to neighborhoods throughout Racine, thanks to Malicki’s Piggly Wiggly and the Hunger Task Force. If you’re nervous about going to the grocery store, this provides a safe way to still get fresh produce, meat and dairy products, and everything is 25% off!
Anyone can purchase products at the Mobile Market and extra precautions are being taken to protect shoppers. A staff member, wearing gloves at all times, takes an individual’s grocery order at the entrance, selects items and helps complete the transaction at the other end of the mobile vehicle. This ensures that only one person is handling produce, shopping carts and grocery bags before a customer receives it.
